  1. I've had an accident, who do I contact first?

Your first point of contact should be your insurance company to advise them of the accident and to lodge your claim. If you are unsure of how to do this, please feel free to contact the office staff at Smithfield Crash Repairs who can advise you on the process for your particular insurance company.

  1. I've made a claim, what do I do next?

When you make your claim, advise your insurance company that you would like to have your repairs done at Smithfield Crash Repairs. Next, bring your vehicle into the repairer so that a quote can be prepared for you, while you wait. Once the quote is complete, the office staff can contact your insurance company and handle the rest for you.

  1. Is Smithfield Crash and Mechanical approved by any governing bodies?

Yes. As well as being approved by all insurance companies, Smithfield Crash and Mechanical Repairs is approved by the RAA and MTA.

  1. What if I'm not happy with my crash repairs and/or paint work?

Please contact Smithfield Crash and Mechanical Repairs with your concerns as soon as possible. They pride themselves on customer satisfaction and will do all that is necessary to ensure you are happy with their work.
